What we collect, why, and who we share it with.
Effective October 7, 2026. This page explains what Arlington Foundation Experts ("we") collects through this website and phone number and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Form and email requests: name, phone, email, city, and what you tell us about the house, plus the date, time and page the request came from.
- Calls: our phone provider records the calling number, time and length of the call. Calls and voicemails may be recorded.
- Site visits: basic technical data from our host, such as pages viewed and device type. No advertising cookies.
- Bot checks: forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical details from your browser.
What we use it for
- Passing your request to a local foundation repair contractor
- Answering your questions
- Keeping records of referrals sent to contractors
- Stopping spam and abuse
Who receives it
- A participating contractor who serves your area, so they can contact you. Contractors pay us for referrals, and calls to our number may be forwarded to them.
- Companies that run parts of our service, such as phone, email, form handling and hosting.
- Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect someone's rights or safety.
Your details are never sold, and we don't use them to advertise anything else to you.
Recordings
Calls may be recorded, and a message at the start of the call says so.
Retention
We keep request and call records only as long as we need them for referrals and our business records, then delete them.
Your requests
Email info@arlingtonfoundationexperts.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. A contractor who already received your request holds its own copy, so contact them as well.
Children
This service is intended for adults who are arranging work on a home. We don't knowingly collect children's information.
Updates
If this policy changes, so does the date at the top.
